If you read my last three pieces, you know where I land on AI.
Prompts are fine. Agents are different. One is a search engine that talks back. The other is a system that actually does things – across tools, across time, without you micromanaging every step.

That’s the pattern: something that used to require my direct attention and time – now mostly doesn’t.
