The Problem-to-Product Protocol™
For founders on their own, and for people inside companies with an idea the business needs.
You’ve seen the gap. Maybe a vendor disappeared and left a hole in your operation. Maybe you’ve watched a problem go unsolved for years and you know how to fix it. What you don’t have is the honest, fastest route from insight to a customer who pays, and most founders burn a year and a lot of money finding out which of their assumptions were wrong.
Twelve weeks, fully guided, run against our own founder’s playbook. Every week ends with a clear decision: move forward, recalibrate, or step back, never a sunk-cost push.
No building yet. We nail down who you’re serving, confirm the problem is real and painful enough to pay for, scope a Proof of Concept, run real ICP interviews, and stand up the landing page and waitlist that start capturing demand. By Week 4, you have a validated thesis, or you know exactly what to fix before spending a dollar building.
Ads go live, the waitlist starts moving, and we build the smallest honest version of the product, AI-lean, in parallel. We QA it, get feedback systems running, and hand it to your first real users. By Week 8, real paying customers are using what you built.
Open to the public, serve the customers you’ve earned, and protect the momentum instead of chasing new features. The final two weeks turn everything you’ve learned into a ranked build roadmap and a clear go-forward plan. Outcome: a validated product with paying customers, and a documented picture of exactly what to build next.
Why us: We’ve done this with our own money first. This isn’t a framework we picked up from advising founders, it’s the same process we use to build our own ventures.
