The Process

You’re stuck. There’s a way out.

You don’t have to guess which fix is right, or gamble on the next tool, hire, or rebuild. There’s one process to get unstuck, and we’ll walk you through it.

Maybe it’s an idea sitting in a notebook, waiting for the confidence to test it. Maybe it’s software that was right when you bought it, and now your team quietly works around it. Maybe your best people spend their best hours redoing work the business has already done once. Maybe growth is happening and nobody can point to where it’s leaking.

Different symptoms attract different pitches: a new CRM, an AI tool, a platform rebuild, a marketing push. Every one of those might be reasonable. And every one of them might be aimed at the wrong constraint, that’s not a trap you built, it’s just what happens when every diagnosis is shaped by what’s being sold.

However you’re stuck, there’s one process to get unstuck, and it starts with one clear next step: name the real constraint, not the first thing that looks like a fix.

The process

1

Name the constraint

Start with the outcome your business can’t reach, not the tool someone’s trying to sell you. We find what’s actually blocking progress, and the evidence behind it, so effort goes at the real constraint, not the loudest one.

2

See the system

Business problems cross department lines. Before anything gets built, we map who’s involved, what knowledge and judgment the work needs, what actually happens step by step, workarounds included, and where technology helps or gets in the way. Revenue work adds a sixth lens: the market itself. Every candidate fix gets tested against three questions: does it matter, does it fit how you actually work, and will you own it.

3

Prove the smallest valuable change

No year-long transformation plans. We choose one change small enough to learn from fast, and valuable enough to matter, measured against a number we agree on before we start: hours recovered, conversion, cycle time, error rate. If it can’t be measured, it isn’t a proof. Do this step alone, on your own time, and it can easily eat 90 days of trial and error.

4

Build it into the business

A win that only lives in a slide deck isn’t a win. We document what we learned, train the people who’ll run it, and name an owner, so the business ends up stronger and less dependent, not more.

Four steps. Same ones every time, whatever got you here.

The Two-Week Unstuck Sprint

Step three, proving the first change, is something you could run yourself over ninety days. We run it with you in two weeks: a quick audit to find the lowest-hanging fruit, then we execute it, live, in your business.

For bigger builds, like launching a new venture, the sprint is the first step, not the whole thing, it proves the concept before we commit to building the rest.

Not sure where you’re stuck? That’s what the discovery session is for.
