Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of plujo.com, including Connect the Dots and the Brain Scorecard. The site is run by Plujo, based in Ontario, Canada ("Plujo", "we", "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you work with us, the written agreement we sign with you governs that work, and it wins wherever it differs from these terms.

01 Using the Site

You may use plujo.com and Connect the Dots for your own business. Please do not misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or get around its security, no automated or bulk use, and no entering a website or information you have no right to share. We may block or limit access to anyone who does.

02 Connect the Dots and Your Scorecard

Connect the Dots is free. Your Brain Scorecard is an estimate, built from your own ratings, your industry and general assumptions about costs in businesses like yours. Its dollar figures are illustrations, not a quote, a guarantee or financial, legal or professional advice. Parts of the scorecard's wording are written with AI and can be imperfect; please use your own judgement before acting on it.

Your scorecard has a private link. Anyone you share that link with can see it, so share it with care.

03 Your Information

What you enter stays yours. We use it as our Privacy Policy describes, including to prepare your scorecard and follow up with you.

04 Our Content

The site, its text, design, graphics, the Connect the Dots tool and its questions belong to Plujo or our licensors. You may share links to our pages and your scorecard, but please do not copy or republish the site or the tool without our permission.

05 No Warranty

We work to keep plujo.com accurate and available, but we provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time.

06 Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Plujo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of plujo.com or your scorecard. Because the site and the tool are free, our total liability to you for any claim about them is limited to $100 CAD. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

07 Other Sites

We link to other websites and services, such as our booking page. They have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

08 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Ontario.

09 Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
